    Include your order number and we’ll trace the parcel.
  6. WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
    • Your fault (wrong size, don’t like color, etc.): you choose the courier and pay the fee.
    • Our fault (damaged, defective, or incorrect item): we cover every cent—no charge to you.
