  1. Do I need an account?
    No—guest checkout is fine.

    Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal—all welcome.
  2. Security
    Your card data enters an SSL-encrypted page and goes straight to the card network; we never store it on our servers.
  3. Exchange rates
    All charges are in USD. Your bank converts at the daily rate it processes the payment.
  4. Address language
    Type everything in English (letters, numbers, punctuation). Replace non-English characters with close English equivalents.
  5. Change address?
    We lock the address once the order moves to “Processed” or “Shipped.” Use your permanent home address—no vacation rentals, please.
  6. Shipping & tracking
    Time = the option you pick at checkout.
    We email tracking info the moment the parcel leaves our warehouse. Customs delays are out of our hands.
